Knitting 101 (Ages 16 and up)

Join us for a two-part beginner knitting class at South End Yarn Co.! The goal of this class series is for you to get comfortable holding knitting needles, learn to cast on, make knit and purl stitches and bind off. You will be working on a two-color wool scarf.

Instructor Anna Wetmore will guide you all the way and provide you with a handout to take home in between classes with instructions and common missteps and links to videos with simple solutions to help ensure success. 

What to bring: Just yourself! We will provide knitting needles to keep and your choice of two colors of wool yarn.

Date/Time: Wednesdays 6 pm to 8 pm. December 6 and 13.

This class will run with 2 to 4 students.
